Transfers

 
For your convenience, we recommend booking flights to Gdańsk Lech Wałęsa Airport (GDN), which is the closest international airport to the Congress venue.

Transport to/from Gdańsk Airport – Elbląg
To conveniently travel from Gdańsk Airport to Elbląg and the hotels:

1. Ticket Purchase
Please purchase a ticket for the route Gdańsk Airport – Elbląg al. Grunwaldzka (or vice versa) via the website: https://wagnertransport.pl/.
• In the "comments" field, please enter the keyword CONGRESS – this will reduce the ticket price to just 55 PLN.
• If you need a VAT invoice, please also include this request in the comments.

2. Transport to the hotel
Upon arrival in Elbląg (al. Grunwaldzka), TAXIs will be waiting to take guests directly to their reserved hotels.
*The taxi fare will be at your own expense.

3. Return to the airport
On the day of departure, TAXIs will pick up guests from the hotels and take them to al. Grunwaldzka, where a Wagner Transport minibus/coach will provide direct transport to Gdańsk Airport.

Wagner Transport provides full passenger support and monitors all arrivals, departures, and potential delays.
