The operator is the Administrator of your personal data in relation to the data voluntarily provided on the website.

The website uses personal data for the following purposes:

  • Handling inquiries through the contact form.

The website collects information about users and their behavior in the following ways:

  • Through voluntarily provided data in forms, which are entered into the operator's systems.

  • By storing cookies on end devices (so-called "cookies").

2. Selected Data Protection Methods Used by the Operator

Login and data input areas are protected by transmission encryption (SSL certificate). This ensures that personal data and login details entered on the site are encrypted on the user's computer and can only be read on the destination server.
User passwords are stored in a hashed form. The hashing function works unidirectionally — it is not possible to reverse its action, which is the modern standard for storing user passwords.
The operator periodically changes its administrative passwords.
For data protection, the operator regularly performs backups.
An important element of data protection is the regular update of any software used by the operator to process personal data, which in particular means regular updates of software components.

You also have the right to object to the processing specified in section 3.3 c) regarding the processing of personal data to fulfill legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator, including profiling. You can file a complaint about the Administrator's actions with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.

Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary for the service's functionality.

5. Information in Forms

The website collects information voluntarily provided by users, including personal data, if provided.
The website may store information about connection parameters (time stamp, IP address).
In some cases, the website may store information that facilitates linking the data in the form with the user's email address. In this case, the email address will appear in the URL of the page containing the form.

Data provided in forms are processed for the purposes resulting from the specific form's function, e.g., to handle a service request, business contact, service registration, etc. The context and description of the form always clearly inform the purpose.

6. Administrator Logs

Information about user behavior on the website may be logged. These data are used for the administration of the website.

7. Relevant Marketing Techniques

The operator uses statistical traffic analysis on the website through Google Analytics (Google Inc., USA). The operator does not transfer personal data to the service provider but only anonymized information. The service relies on cookies on the user's end device. Users can review and edit their preferences related to cookies through the tool at: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/.

The operator uses a solution to track user behavior by creating heatmaps and recording website activity. These data are anonymized before being sent to the service provider, so the provider does not know which specific individual the data pertains to. Particularly, password entries and other personal data are not recorded.
